Pc shuts down while installing windows

PetruM

So I'm not a complete beginner in making pc I have plugged in everything correctly the pc starts I go to bios select windows flash tool and it gets thought first stage then at about 10% or so in the second stage it reboots.

This bug has been going on for some time and it all started after installing new gpu Rx 5700 xt

Things I did to attempt to fix it are:

Delete old drivers from my previous gtx 1060

Update bios which broke windows

Replaced the psu

Now I'm left with a build that should be absolutely fine and it can't even install windows

Any suggestions ?

Build:

Ryzen 3600

16gb crucial ram

Rx5700 xt

Asus prime a320m-k motherboard

Corsair rm550x psu

1tb storage 2ssd SanDisk

5 case fans

That should not have occurred, unless you started changing things in the BIOS...

Turn off any OCing and XMP you have enabled.

Download and run MemTest86+

report back

Use Rufus, it's the easiest way to make your flash drive bootable.

Instead of Free-DOS, use the drop down and choose "Disk or ISO image" then use the button on the right to select the ISO image
