Any chance you're thermal throttling? Check the temps?

I think my temps are alright, 68 Celsius max.

if that’s too much, what can I do?

It actually didn’t solve it, but I know what’s the problem right now, fortnite uses my integraded graphics over my rtx 2060. But when I disable my integraded graphics, the Nvidia control panel says I don’t have an Nvidia card connected to my display. Anyone know how to fix this?
