Spraying Keyboard With Everclear?

Would it ruin my keyboard?

If it's turned off and properly dried off, probably not.

But that dried off part is pretty difficult to judge, if the liquid seeps into the keyboard itself (onto the PCB).

If you want to disinfect your keyboard, you should probably clean off the parts that you will contact. The keycaps and possibly the baseplate.

Take off all keycaps, clean those all (in soapy luke-warm water) and maybe clean with some alcohol solution later (keep in mind that could damage certain paints, so be sure to test before doing all keycaps). Then clean the baseplate too.

If you need to really disinfect your board, because you are working in a cleanroom or medical facility, consider a keyboard that can be fully submerged, or something with a protective layer over it.

If the keycaps are ABS plastic I wouldn't use any alcohol on them, it will most likely ruin them. Just use soapy water as @minibois said. Just skip the alcohol, you don't really need it.

Nah just work at a grocery store and like to plop my ass down when I get home at the computer and just want it disinfected in case I touch my face or something
