Nepton 120XL leaking grease

Hi everyone,

I am posting here to see if anyone had the same issue as me. I bought a Nepton 120XL back in June 2016 and it has worked fine ever since, not had an issue until this morning...

My PC was working fine yesterday.  Tried to turn it back on and it powers on and off every 3 seconds.

First I took the hard drives out, still not working.

Then the ram, still not working.

Graphics card out, still not working and covered with a greasy liquid on the pcie port.

I then noticed a trail of this liquid leading back to the cpu and cooler and decided to take it off.

Then I saw this...

and this...

It has also fried my motherboard...

And ruined cpu and socket...

Its in my graphics card port and my graphics card itself...

This is the pc I use for school and my country is in a lock down so I cant get anymore pc parts from the store.

What should I do now?

Thanks,

Rory

Looks like that cooler has completely failed and leaked out some of it's coolant, you'll have to replace it. You can see if you can recover that motherboard by washing off any residue with an isopropyl bath and light scrubbing.
