gpu for video editing - is vega 56 a good choice ?

xxx68

Hello, I am photographer and I would also like to start with doing video. Mainly wedding + music clips. What would be the best choice of gpu for me ? Personally I would prefer vega 56 ( with 64 bios) because thats the card I already have and pricing is very nice. But I dont know if its a good choice for video editing. For example if gtx 1060 6gb does the same job i could save some money. I recently quit gaming , all i would do is photo editing + hopefully video editing. So i dont need an overkill card. I have yet to decide if i am going to use adobe premiere or resolve.

here is what i consider ( all used, prices in my country)

vega 56 ( vega 64 bios) -  160 € (price for what i am able to sell the card)

gtx 1070ti - 205 €

Gtx 1060 6gb - 90 €

GTX 1660 Super - 175 €

i am open to other options. My cpu is ryzen 3600.

thanks
