Does a Windows keyboard shortcut exist to do this?

Is there any shortcut to convert a bunch of text to caps locks and/or vice versa?

For example: I WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY AND BOUGHT SOME FOOD.

Is there anyway I can just highlight the above sentence and press a couple of keys to covert it to lowercase?

Also, same question but if it was lowercase to uppercase?

In MS Word (and maybe some other text editors) doing Shift+F3 will toggle between lower and upper case. It will not work in all programs and doesn't work in chrome. If you want something like that to work everywhere you'd have to use something like AutoHotKey.

Not by default. Notepad++ and Excel are where I've seen that as function.
