A LOT of issues.

First, get an X570 TuF. That combo price is horrible.

Second, get a good quality power supply, not a cheap fire hazard like the VS650. Get a Corsair HX or SeaSonic Platinum.

Third, do NOT get that AIO. A Dark Rock Slim is more than enough.

Fourth, get a WD Red, not the cheapo Barracuda.

Fifth, get a 5700 XT or 2070 Super, not a 1660.

Motherboard and CPU are overpriced by 20$

The GPU i would switch with a EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO its just a couple bucks more

this depends on your needs but i would get a 4TB instead of 1TB hdd, and one that has 7200RPM and not 5400RPM

don't cheap out on the power supply get something like this PSU

There's the G.skill Trident Z Neo which is supposed to be optimized for 3rd Gen Ryzen and X570 - doesn't make a difference in the end really.

There is a GSKILL ram that was specifically made for AMD

Edit: my bad, it was optimised for amd cpus, maybe has to do with power output or how much power it takes?

anyways here’s the link from gskill

Still doesn't mean anything.
