How Do You Build a first pc but a bit overkill

I’ve started on planning to build my first pc and my budget is around £1700, these are all the parts:

probably not the smartest of ideas but let me know if this is worth it or not

A LOT of issues.

 

First, get an X570 TuF. That combo price is horrible.

 

Second, get a good quality power supply, not a cheap fire hazard like the VS650. Get a Corsair HX or SeaSonic Platinum. 

 

Third, do NOT get that AIO. A Dark Rock Slim is more than enough.

 

Fourth, get a WD Red, not the cheapo Barracuda.

 

Fifth, get a 5700 XT or 2070 Super, not a 1660.

There's the G.skill Trident Z Neo which is supposed to be optimized for 3rd Gen Ryzen and X570 - doesn't make a difference in the end really.

There is a GSKILL ram that was specifically made for AMD

 

Edit: my bad, it was optimised for amd cpus, maybe has to do with power output or how much power it takes?
