Ubuntu 18.04.4 login loop

I'm new to play Linux, when I try to login in Ubuntu then I got login loop...How can I fix It...

(Sorry for my bad English...)

Spec:

i5-7600K

Asus ROG Strix Z270E

16Gb DDR4 3000Mhz

GTX 1060 3GB

A "login" loop, or a *boot* loop?

 

If it happens when you are trying to log into your window manager, I would try switching window managers to see if that helps.  (ie, switch between lightdm, xdm, gdm etc)
