Yeah, that should work at the rated 2666MHz speed right out of the box, no issues. 

 

FYI if you want to see if a motherboard has verified a specific kit of memory, on the support page for the motherboard they have a "Memory QVL list", which lists every kit they have tested to work. In this case, it is here: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H310CM-HDV/index.asp#Memory

You shouldn't need one, but it's a good idea to update it anyways once you get it (as long as you're reasonably confident your house won't lose power in the middle or anything, if there's a thunderstorm I'd probably wait). It should include things like fixes for security vulnerabilities, etc. released by Intel.
