Mouse that won't spin out

Right so I play alot of CSGO, and I play a pretty low sens, so I need to move my hand really quick and snappy, problem is every mouse I've tried spins out on me and I don't have a whole lot of cash to buy a super nice mouse. Has anyone got any suggestions for a mouse that would be decent on a budget?

Well what's your current one though. Exactly how much are you willing to pay? There are number of choices with PMW3360 (and it's variations) being the top optical sensor. Mice with it will usually be more pricey of course, though maybe you'd be fine with like 3310 which you can find in mice that are cheaper. Depends what you want or need and how much you're willing to spend.
