Gpu under 150

I need a cheap gpu that supports free sync or gsync, an rx 580 for 149.99 refurbished is the best deal I found so far, please give me some links on any major site, Newegg, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, micro center, etc.

im ok with refurb, open box, and used stuff

And I also found refurb gtx 1070 for 200 should I get it and give my other components slight downgrades.

Were you building a pc or just upgrading? If you are building, pls post the whole spec so it can be adjusted just in case. So you can get the 1070 without the compromise.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

Building. I’m thinking of either Ryzen 1700x or 2700x, with an Asrock b450m steel legend.
