There is nothing you can do...... you have to wait for ISP to fix the issue.

well.. what you *can* do is verify what your ISP guarantees, if they have a guaranteed speed they cannot deliver, they may have to reduce the bill until they can meet the guarantee again.

both the major ISP's in belgium have such a guarantee, if you can be bothered to make the call ofcourse..

If you have a decent data plan on your smartphone and if it has that function, thether it to your pc via usb and go wireless until they can fix it. Also try restarting your modem.

Very possibly the extra demand due to the current situation is causing congestion and/or your provider is purposely throttling bandwidth. I've found that my provider is still showing my normal speeds when running speed tests but any prolonged high bandwidth downloading results in my being disconnected and waiting 30 minutes or more for my cable modem to reconnect. I've since adjusted my bandwidth behavior accordingly. No issues with normal streaming.

Couldn't hurt to contact your provider to ask what's going on and if they are aware. That said, they might not really give you much of a useful answer.

also my isp technical support are working and when i tell them about the issue they say contact the technical supporrt by phone and they are big fat greedy <censored>

TECHNICAL SUPPORT BY PPHONE COSTS MONEY AND THE RINGING TIME IS BILLED AND YOUR TIME WITH THEM IS BILLED AND THE SOLUTION WILL PROPABLY COST MONEY

like going to a garage to fix your car and you have to pay to get in and pay for his work wtf

also also they put you on technical support with an ignorant that doesnt know what the internet speed uunit is and  has a guide in front of them to tell them what to do so they could save money and they claim that they passed an appeal and do nothing little shits
