Egpu doesnt detect in Macbook pro 13" 2017

Hey guys my Mac os is on 10.15.4 ,when i plug in my thunderbolt 3 it doenst detect my egpu and doesnt show up the egpu icon.
The gpu fan spin when i turned it on but it turned off after a few second.

I even tried bootcamp to windows and install latest thunderbolt driver.
My macbook does recognize akitio node just without the Rx 580.

Unfortunately,it doesnt work...the graphics still not detected
