Should work for pop too

There are new updates for the nvidia driver via the PopShop (app center). Should I update it? I've absolutely never been able to run amd drivers on any linux distro. The install would be successful but I never got display. I'm not gaming or anything. Just general usage. Should I leave the drivers be since I am running an AMD radeon card?

If you are running with an AMD card you should not do anything with Nvidia drivers.

My experience with AMD card on linux is non existent as i am used to have either Intel onboard or Nvidia due to poor support in the past.

Maybe someone else can help you with that.

Running Pop_os x64.

What card are you using? If it's anything modern, you shouldn't need to do anything at all since AMDGPU already comes with the kernel.
