Need help with cheap build

So, with the quarantine being held in my country, i am looking at 30 days of not doing anything from home. So I have been thinking on "making" a gaming pc out of a  HP pro desk g2, with an rx 580 used gpu. I am aware that i would have to aquire a new psu to be able to use the card and i would need a new case since the gpu does not fit in the hp case. However, I cannot find anything on the internet regarding compatibility with the screws on the motherboard ( I believe some OEM's make their own screw arrangements on the motherboard and the stand offs are not the same as any motherboard) and help with the case, i am looking at a powercolor red dragon rx 580. Any advice would be appreciated, or any other thoughts or ideas regarding the pc since I am looking to make one and I do not have any parts yet. I am also not able to buy from the US since I am in Mexico so if you could provide the part name I will gladly look for it here.

Thank you very much for anyone helping!

(I apologize for any mistakes, english is my 3rd language)

If the cooler isnt integrated to the case, you could just take the board and other stuff out, with something insulating underneath the motherboard. Otherwise you could also chop off a chunk off the case so the card can protrude out of the case when installed, though arranging the PSU could be just as much of a problem and the card could be too long

So what would you thinnk would be better,

A) Go through the mod to get the pc

OR

B) Find a prebuilt system like the one above with a compatible case and psu

If you dont already have a prebuilt lying around, using custom parts is always prefered. Troubleshooting is easier from the start, and there's much less odd compatiblity problems
