No problem at all with the Ryzen R7-3700X and Silicon Power NVMe SSD.

Again, just be sure to update your BIOS to the latest version first before putting that 3700X into the motherboard.

Otherwise, you should be good to go...

Hello

I have Ryzen 5 1600 since 2017 i guess i was first 2000 who buy this CPU xD

anyway

my motherboard Asus prime B350m-a and is support Ryzen Gen 3

in motherboard page i can use Ryzen 3 1200 + Ryzen 7 3800X + to Ryzen 9 3950x

So i can use all any Gen 3

Spec

Ryzen 5 1600 ( stock Air cooling )

Motherborad : Asus prime B350 M-A

Ram: 16gb x2 8gb 3000mhz

PSU - 500w

Dual monitor , 1080p144+1080p60

nvme coming soon

gpu 1060 6gb will upgrade

gamer + editing video and photoshop adobe team + recording + streaming + learning coding

Which CPU Ryzen Gen 3 is best and noticeable when i upgrade   ? work fine 100% with Stock cooler not require liquid or water cooler ?

I do not know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone

Budget?   Gut says Ryzen 5 3600, but if you can afford the 3700X may be better for editing for you.

it can support all those in theory (the bios will support it), but the vrms can't really deliver power for more than a 3600 or 3700x. I wouldn't try to run a 3900x on it, or hope to overclock anything. I would also not try to run a 2700x, as it requires more power.

Get the 3700X then.  Stock cooler is good enough.

Not sure Linus ever said that, link if you can.

Best is to first see what you use the pc for more editing or more gaming...If more gaming R5 3600 would be the best bang for the buck, and for video editing/recording/streaming  i am not 100% sure but thr R7 3800x or the cheaper 3700x overclocked to match the R7 3800x.Next to upgrade i would recomend to go for a b450 motherboard instead of the b350 ( I would recommend the msi tomahawk b450) and getting faster ram like 3600mhz or cheaper 3200mhz with an overclock.

Basically may you tell me about this board VRMs ?

Right now OC to 3.8 is fine no crash

but CPU slow and old0 all cores to 3,8

so i only have to buy 3600 ?

thinking about 3700x

Totally the board is not well?

Gaming mainly so R5 3600 will run fine ?

For gaming, the 3600 is the best bang/buck chip out currently.  The 3700X is if you do a lot of video editing or streaming as well.

Since you have plenty of money, buy the 3700X.

No problem at all with the Ryzen R7-3700X and Silicon Power NVMe SSD.

Again, just be sure to update your BIOS to the latest version first before putting that 3700X into the motherboard.
