Strange temp in TPMIN3 ( PCIEX16)

Is this strange temp in  TPMIN3 ( PCIEX16 ) is normal ? I use both hwmonitor and hwinfo64 to check but they both display the same result. This temp does not make sense to make but this is my first pc so I am not sure about it.

My cpu is Ryzen 5 2600X

Use Ryzen Master. Other software suites tend to bug out occasionally

those seem pretty normal. motherboards do get up to 50c. Some motherboards have unused temperature sensors that still display temp, so sometimes it can say like 120c. That low 9c also seems normal. As the name of it is "PCIEX16" im guessing its somewhere near the PCIe x16 slot, which shouldnt get hot at all.
