PC won't turn on

I recently tried to cable manage my PC and when I was done the motherboards RGB would light up but my power switch on my case (NZXT H710i) won't let me fully turn my pc on. I got a new power supply to see if that was the problem but it still won't turn on. Anyone know if it's my case power button or my motherboard that isn't working?

Problems after moving all your cables around.  My first thought is some of them didn’t get put back right.

 

second thought is you had your hands all over everything and were unplugging cables.  If the power wasn’t actually switched off/unplugged and a hastily pulled cable put too much voltage across something you might have bigger problems.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Would I have to replace my motherboard then?
