Way too loaded of a question.  Depends on many factors.

When you are within a few weeks of building, come back and ask again.  Things may change.

They both make good options, just for different purposes/people/budgets.

If you want a recommendation on what specific CPU to pick, be sure to give us some more detail. (Mainly about what you are doing with your PC, your budget, etc.)

I apologize for the way I am. If my post seemed rude, that was not my intention. Just my ineptness in forming a nice coherent message.

If you're building later, appears waiting for Zen 3 in a few months is your best option, given Comet Lake appears to be another 14nm refresh.

I see now that the question is to wide, and very unspesific, but what do you guys use, and how good is it?

Don't base a decision on anecdotal evidence. I can claim being boiled alive is the best thing since Oreos - doesn't make it reality.
