Rtx 2060 super with low framerate

I build a pc the other day with a 3600 and a rtx 2060 super, but there is an issue. I dont get 100+ fps in games like gta v (30 fps) and minecraft(60 and my friend with the same gpu has over 200). Is there a fix for this problem?

Thanks for the help

Ps heaven benchmark on 1080p ultra was 140 fps

What speed is your memory running at? Is it a set of two sticks?

And it's actually running at 3200Mhz (If you check task manager)? And you're running a 1080p display?

This is a fresh install of Windows, right?

So in the benchmark you are getting fairly normal performance but in game it drops to 30?

Can you download something like HW monitor and take a screen cap of the usage of GPU and CPU as well as clock speeds and power draw? Take a screen cap while the benchmark is running and another for when the game is running to compare.

I don't know what your Heaven benchmark score should be.

Could you run 3DMark TimeSpy ? (there is a demo version for 3DMark on Steam, that would be fine).

Link the result after running the benchmark please.

Looks like your GPU score is quite low.

It says 'invalid score', what does it say there?
