TwuSnipes

So  I have a 400w psu and I was wondering if that’s enough for a rtx 2070, i3 8100, 8gb 2400mhz ddr4, MSi z370 a pro mother board

Which specific 400W PSU? Also, it seems a bit silly to run an RTX 2070 on an i3 CPU, unless this is not for gaming.

Usually a 650W PSU is recommended by most manufacturers. But most people can run an RTX 2070 with a good 500W PSU.

So short answer is, no 400W is not enough.

To answer your question, no. To ask you a question, what's with your parts list? You've got a low-end Z370 board with a locked CPU, only 8GB of RAM, and a high-end GPU that's going to just painfully overpower the rest of your system. Is this some kind of prebuilt conversion, a bunch of gifts, or do you not have the parts yet? Because there are much better uses of your money that we can help you with instead of the parts you have listed.
