Desktop died 2 years ago. FINALLY got a BAD temp laptop, need game suggestions

as title states, where i live parts are expensive and electricity is terrible.. due to a power surge (had a protector) my desktop did the big "spark" and the electricity company refuses to cover the cost (which is a legal requirement)
as far as i know the parts that work is my noctua cooler, fans, MAYBE ssd+hdds but dont have a way to test...basically whole thing is gone.
remember when pricing shot up in the us/canada and everyone freaked out? those are my normal prices but kinda worse here....

well anyways i managed to over pay for a temporary laptop a hp pavilion g7 1227dx.
----CPU/apu: AMD A4-3300M
----Ram: 4gb 700mhz ddr3
----Apu graphics: 6480g, 512mb ram (1600x900)
basically worthless in terms of gaming, BUT ive been without a gaming machine since 2018, so i've been playing some bauldurs gate and that's about all it can handle that i found.
anyone have suggestions of some games that could possibly run on this thing? to think i could have bought a rtx 2060 for the price i paid for this laptop (gotta love import taxes and a poor economy, south america)

prior to moving to south america and what i brought over, was an: ivy bridge 3770k, powercolor 7990, 32gbs of ram, my ssd, and 3 backup hdds for keeping work 3d files (yes, i lost that job too, graph paper didnt cut it).

but anyways any game suggestions would be nice, would love to be playing some path of exile (favorite game) but this doesn't even launch the login screen.. so any and all game suggestions are much appreciated.

line stabilizer+ups BOTH went kaputz. not sure how the psu is doing right now. cpu had a skid mark on the gold leads so a new mobo does nothing. the issue here is that we have tropical storms, imagine the thunderstorms in the canada/us then multiply it by quite a bit, AND people constantly climb poles to steal electricity from the city so.. just is what it is.

and a thing about brazil, things don't lose value. so much so that i paid around 1600 R$ (300ish usd) for this REALLY bad laptop. (a r5 3600, is the same cost. not including the mobo and all other parts which are similarly priced)

85% import taxes is a BIIAAA.....not gonna finish that.

i had a ups AND a line stabilizer. BOTH died.

and on the EU comment, thats the same thing here. you can buy ddr2 pc parts for the price for new ddr4 components. people dont get paid a lot so they think that the hours and hours that they slaved over to buy that part 10 years ago.... is STILL worth that now.

unrelated to pc, but a 1990s economic car (palio from fiat) is still 1-2 3rds the price of a new car. it's just how this country works.

hell why do you think my pc did 2 years ago and i havent been able to buy something new other than this quite frankly nearly uselessand massively overprice laptop but it's what i could get.

edit....

to avoid double posting, it's 6:30am and my sleeping meds are FINALLY kicking in.. if i didnt say thankyou to everyone i would like to apologize and thank them now. it's much appreciated.

My experience with import taxes is you don't pay them if your package ends up in parcel machine. Also if seller puts fake low value on the package. Though if there is extra check and package is opened they might estimate the value to be even higher.

Don't you have any local stores for used electronics? With 85% tax travelling and shopping in some other country might be worth it.

i usually avoid taxes by lowering the value listed. has to be under 50 dollars INCLUDING shipping.

IF it's not paid the gov seizes it and set it for auction instead of sending it back.

like i said on other posts, i could buy a used pc here for the price a fresh new r5 3600 with 2070... and what i will get is a 775 socket machine with. just the way this country works.
