You'll be able to run the fans on very low speeds and keep your system very quiet, but it's over-the-top.

I prefer cooler temps though so I'd do it.

My Current Setup:

AMD Ryzen 5900X

Kingston HyperX Fury 3200mhz 2x16GB

MSI B450 Gaming Plus

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

EVGA RTX 3060 Ti XC

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB

WD 5400RPM 2TB

EVGA G3 750W

Corsair Carbide 300R

Arctic Fans 140mm x4 120mm x 1

Yes.

Are you using the H500 case or something?

Anyways, a more basic case with a front and rear fan would work too. No need to get a fancy case with such large fans

Eh, overkill is only a concept, knock yourself out with fans at least your system will be cool and quiet

i got the wraith max from my brother he didend needed it to i bougth it of him for only 5.33 and i had the 200mm ones and my main purpose for the 3 x 120 was i could just buy a 3 pack instead of only 1 and i replaced my back fan because i was making a anoying ticking noice and my pc got louder because of that so thats why i did it. the image is the 120mm fans i bougth.

Its overkill but that doesnt matter.

Just means you wont have to worry about cooling if you upgrade.
