Help with New Build

Hi there i want to build a new pc because my other one is kinda dead. I have a budget of 1500 - 1700 euros ( 1645 - 1930 us dollar)

This is what i have so far:

MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

Intel Solid-State Drive 660p Series 1TB

CORSAIR RMx Series RM650

- 2x Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb ddr4 3200

 - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC 3X 8G

Be quiet! Dark Rock 4

Corsair Carbide Series 270R

I have my doubts with the cpu cooler because i am not planning to overclock so maybe the stock amd cooler is fine? . I like to play games at high setting and high fps and i do light video editting.

Any tips about the cpu cooler or in general what i should upgrade or downgrade?

The cooler that comes with the 3700X is pretty decent. As you mentioned, you're not planning to overclock so it will do just fine.

the msi x570 boards aren't great, they have poor vrm cooling, and they overheat, I'd avoid them.

I was thinking about picking up a Powercolor RX 5700 XT Red Devil instead of the 2070 super. What are you thoughts about that?
