MacOs Error While Updating System Extension Information

Hi just found out what the problem was. i installed mac os on external hard disk. when i installed driverDx app. it showed me that my internal hard disk was failing. thnx for help.

Hi, im installing macOs high sierra in iMac 2012 Model(8Gb ram 1TB HDD) it is showing me error:- An error occurred while updating system extension information. I tried formatting hard disk and then installing again but no success. What should i do?

Have you tried using a different USB with a fresh macOS installer? Could be the current install media. (Worth a try had it happen before)
