Will my nzxt kraken x61 be enough to cool a OCED 3900x

So title says it all will my aio with  a amd adaptor be enough to cool the cpu to be able to clock it up  within safe limits and if not what should my path be, to be honest cant afford custom loop

Yes it wil be enough. It's 280mm radiator. You'll probably want to check if the pump is still functioning since it is from 2014.

as far as i know it keeps my cpu cool rn tho rad gets hot not sure if its the fan degradding or the thing just soaking alot of heat @TeeKayTK

Check that the fans are running at proper speeds and that there's no strange noises/grinding sounds that indicate a faulty fan bearing.

i mean one fan seems a little off balance  on wobbling @TeeKayTK tho nzxt i cant see what the fan speed is in all reality

This older NZXT cooler might not have support for their CAM software.

Then I would replace them anyways as I'm pretty sure they're not great quality. Arctic P12 fans are great and only 7 bucks each.
