2x8 GB or 4x8GB OC?

I know everywhere says I'd get better performance out of 2x8 GB however, I wasn't thinking of this when I bought the memory tbh, I didn't even know it'd make a difference, I was never into OCing before and my build prior to this was maybe 10+ years ago. I was always busy and never had the time after the last build.  Anyways the 2 3000Mhz memory kits that I bought are the following:
2x8GB CL16-18-18-56 @1.35v

2x8GB CL15-17-17-35 @ 1.35v

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - Asus ROG Strix RTX 2070S

I've got both kits installed right now and I'm currently running them at 3200Mhz CL16-18-18-36 @ 1.45v. Pretty sure it runs stable at 1.4v also.

So my question is, would I get better perfomance if I tried to push 3400 Mhz out of the CL15 kit and try to get the latencies down to it's rated latency or at CL16 at a slightly higher voltage? Or would I get better peformance out of 3400Mhz on both kits installed with roughly the same latency as what they're running at right now?

this one. And dear queen Asus you are using 1.45V? put the mback to 1.4V or under

Shouldn't the memory be good up to 1.5v? And will do thanks for the input.

well my memory runs at 3600mhz cl16 with 1.35V

The memory is only rated for 3000Mhz. Also I just tried 1.4v, BSODed within 2 seconds of running prime with those timings/frequency at 1.4v.
