If I have no GPU would overclocking be useful

At this moment I have no GPU and just running on a APU would it be good to overclock my system

Gigabyte B450 arous M
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
21GB's of ram
750 watt power supply

Well, the iGPU has a max boost clock of 1100MHz (stock), but it can be overclocked to 1650MHz and that helps a lot (I've the same CPU). And almost all Ryzen 3 2200G can be overclocked to 4GHz, tho rarely some hit 4.1GHz (mine did). It actually improves performance a lot, though you'd some serious cooling solution. I would personally recommend an air cooler.

Use ryzen master software for overclocking as its fairly easy and also has many guides on it.

Good luck! :D

Yeah, it will still help. In fact, in your BIOS, you can even overclock the integrated GPU if you want.

Main Gaming Rig: i7-7700K @ 5.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 2400, Modded Corsair 280x Case, Full Soft Watercooling
Second Testbench Rig: i7-4770K @ 4.6 GHz, RX 580 (air cooled), 16GB DDR3 1866, Thermaltake Core P3 White TG, CPU Soft Watercooling

Third Server Rig: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Fractal Core 500, Full Soft Watercooling

Fourth LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ AGESA pls, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

Fifth Router Rig: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...
