You should aim for 750W-850W (850W recommended)

And take a good quality PSU like one from EVGA or Corsair.

I recommend Tier A or higher, something like the Corsair RMx is a good choice.

Not a problem but u might be wasting money better spent on a higher quality power supply.

 

quality can matter more than power. I always recommend minimum rmx.

Yes you can but it's not nessecary.

 

I have a 1000W PSU in my system and have a 8700k + 2x 1080Ti OCed which use under near full load ~750W

 

Spend your money on higher quality and/or higher efficency rating.

I have a similar setup to the one you're building and the system at gaming load uses about 650W. But I flashed my ROG 2080Ti O11G with an XOC 1000W bios. so you'll most likely see/need a much lower PSU wattage.
