Incorrect +12v reading in Windows new Ryzen build

Hey! I just swapped my motherboard, cpu and ram this night, and Hwmonitor reports ≈10 volts on the +12v rail, but the bios reports 12 volts. Can I disregard the windows reading? Should I be concerned, and is there anything I can do to fix this?

System:

MB: ASUS B450 Strix Gaming-F

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

RAM: 16GB DDR4

GPU: ASUS GTX 1070 STRIX

PSU: Corsair AX 760

edit: HWinfo also displays 10 volts

Most likely HWInfo is just being a derp and reading those numbers incorrectly.

If you want to be sure, get a digital multimeter and put the probes in a molex connector to measure 12v directly from the source.

Ah, totally forgot about Molex connectors! 12.16 and 5.05 volts, so its all good. Thanks 😁
