Cant install cause Windows Defender

Hello all

I am trying to install a program, however windows defender is not letting me.

2020-03-26_1737

Its quite an old program... I had no trouble installing it on my vm machine but on my main system I get this error...

any way to get pas this ?

Temporarily disable Windows Defender until you can get the program installed, I will include a link that explains in details with screenshots how you can disable it.
