Is this voltage safe

I have a Ryzen 1600 currently running at 4ghz to achieve this I had to bump voltage up to 1.4v. My question is is this voltage safe? Will it decrease chip lifespan is so by how much on estimate?

It's the absolute max I'd ever use personally. If temps are good, you might be okaym is personally dial it back by 100MHz

I’ll tweak and try to get the voltage down

It depends but for a 1600 it's not bad but you can absolutely get any OC profile at like 1.2 or 1.25

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Idk if I got a bad chip in combination with the fact that I have a b350 board but the best oc I could get is 3.9ghz at 1.35v

It good be bad silicon but just to be safe try that for a more stable power delivery
