My MSI GE75 :Intel i7-9750H and RTX 2060 reach over 90 after repaste and undervolting

My Laptop thermal throttling even after repasting it with Ultra-High Thermal Compound Mastergel Maker Nano and undervolting -0.140V, Can anyone recommend anything that I can do to solve this issue? 
Average 86c to 96c temp,

Usually reach over 96 during loading screen time.

Are the fans maxed out? (max fan speed)

What's the ambient/room temp?

Try lifting the rear of the laptop with something like a book (don't block fan intake vents)

Room Temperature around 32C

I also already use a small cooling pad (cheap one) to lift the laptop,

Usually during load times the temperatures spikes like crazy
