It could be the Seller is a distributor and may not have the legal ground to sell directly to consumers. I work for a distibutor myself. We just got Hand Sanitizer in and we asked if we could buy it. The boss said that our company doesnt have a legal right to sell directly to consumers. This is due to the fact that business to business sales generally dont have sales tax attached, as our customers are Tax exempt. Here in Michigan you have to have a liscence to collect sales tax, if your a distrubutor you dont need such a liscence because your doing B2B not B2C.
