As far as I know porting a WU from one core to another is unfeasible

I have 2 separate computers running F@H but only 1 of them gets a work order at a time. Is this normal or what? I am using the same identity and passkey.

Intel iGPUs not supported, only AMD and NVIDIA

Hey folks,

 

So my CPU and GPU are say at "Ready" they were folding earlier today but stopped sometime whilst I was in work... restarted... reinstalled.... nothing, just ready.

 

Even tried disabling AV and Firewall... still nothing

 

Any suggestions?

 

(Sorry if this has already been answered, there's a lot of reading to do in this thread! XD

Its all about luck, there are lots of people trying to fold right now so WUs are difficult to get

its simple issue at the moment there is more people folding than average and WUs are harder to get

Same, one PC busy, other just gets either "No WU available for this configuration" or server timeouts at the moment... they're being hammered.

yup, you can do folding on BOINC Rosetta@home until they sort out the servers

Was finally able to get home and set up my computer. Waiting on passkey. do I need to enter a team # as well? if so what number.

Also I want to set up my secondary rig, is there anything special I need to do?

Don't request second passkey for other rig, multiple machines can use the same key.

Thank you, that's great news, was worried it would be complicated, going to have that other one set up as soon as windows is done reinstalling.

Guys... got a new problem... The Folding web clien, can't load it self normally... Advanced Control works perfectly, but the Web Control does nothing. Loads up, and reloads for every... doesn't get my Pc's spec, or anything else what I did... Oh and I didn't recive any passkeys in the last 72 hours... But wanted a bunch... The passkey giving system maybe doesn't like my Gmail addresses?

Man we must've really knocked it out this time cause my PC has been sitting without getting a WU for almost a day at this point.

check your spam for the things, they are sending so many emails out that its being market as spam

use incognito mode for web control, seems to fix for most

Yes, passkey is tied to your name. So use the same name and passkey and everything will be combined.

Yes I restarted my system multiple times by now. CPU and GPU WU are uploaded almost instant by now. My first GPU WU is still sitting there with almost 30 failed uploads by now.
Maybe it's a bug or the Collection Server is offline ... I don't know.

I would say so, I was having issues with uploads before, theyre probably under just as much stress as the assignment servers

Thnx... Incognito mode really helped me... Still in the spam folder isn't any passkeys at the moment.

Not as of yet, I'm waiting to see how the sever issues go with F@H. I'm starting to think leaving it further out may be a better option.
