Set my remote 24/7 rig to NU% to 90 and client type to advanced.  Now I should never run out of WUs, he says, mostly believing it.

Finally got a replacement canditate  for my 2080. It's a 2070 Super. Want to see PPD but can't get WUs atm..

Illogical to replace a 2080 with a 2070S? 2070S basically a rebranded/binned 2080 if I am not mistaken ?

You are more likely to have reduced points as they are more likely to fail.

Not very often though unlike beta units that fail somewhat frequently

What am I proxy fighting for?  A night mode?  Pink unwashed tile?  Gotta specify what to change it to or if you want more options to choose from, or at all.

I would prefer a more monochromatic look...

... dust grey....

...midnight grey...

...ash grey...

...1980s computer tower grey...

Well it all appears to connect to localhost, at least for info pull.  I assume there's a localhost web server that's not internet routed but found via hosts file DNS lookup routes since it's a URL in the web browser instead of an IP plugged in like with home routers.  Not sure of the wording there but I hope you get the idea.

Seems to be hard coded into the FAHClient.exe

Right lets get back on topic...

How are you all doing today with the WU flow?

Doing well today!  Adding in a second card really helped and the dips in points were during crunching, but when stuff’s getting turned in, getting some good points!

I have my rig dedicated to folding unless I'm gaming, but its a core 17 950 clocked to 4 ghz and a 1060 overvolted and overclocked as well and so far its doing a decent job but My whole family has signed up for the cause they just didn't get set up in time to register. Great job to everyone helping, I will build another box dedicated to folding that will run in the spare room.

Just FYI to anyone else with an AMD 3950X -- I have folding cranked to full with all CPU's running at 100% and the system (Ubuntu) is still completely usable.  Playing videos, browsing and working and it's fully responsive.  I'm guessing the 3900X would react similarly (no idea if running Windows would handicap performance tho).

3900X with WinDoh 10, extremely usable while folding at full.    Plex is even chugging along nicely.

I would honestly expect current hardware to be running this and able to operate windows smoothly, considering I'm running on a now more than 5 year old CPU with the newest piece of hardware in my system being the 1650 Super. I have folding maxed on on both (with just 1 core open for GPU polling during its folding and other system stuff). System is about as responsive as one would expect from a 7200 RPM HDD - not really seeing any slowdowns with this folding going.

I caresses the button, pinched it a little, wiggled it around....

then I got insight into parts of this world i never knew existed... it overwhelmed me... showed me my insignificence.... confused me to an extent to where my brain fiiled in any colour imaginable....

I agree, though it's not a permanent solution. After page refresh it's gone
