LAPTOP KEYBOARD ISSUE

I have a Lenovo laptop and I was wondering if it was possible to exchange my laptop for a different one. I got it a year ago on christmas and the keyboard keeps dying off after a while. Little by little keys stop working and I have to spam them. I already sent it in with warranty, and they repaired it but 2 months later it started doing this again. I dont think its a software issue because if I plug in an outer keyboard it works fine. It is still under warranty and I was wondering whether it was possible to exchange it for a new one. Thanks.
