BIOS menu on windows 10

The BIOS and windows are separate from one another. You need to open the BIOS before windows loads, usually by mashing the delete key or F2 key while the PC is turning on.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Do you have a PS/2 keyboard?

Sometimes it helps if USB settings are a bit off.

If you unplug your hard drive or SSD with windows on it, you can get to the BIOS easy probably.

I'm guessing it's SATA. Look up a YouTube video about how to plug in a SATA drive and you'll see.

Not even a little bit, it's as risky as unplugging a USB cable.

You'd maybe insted want to "clear cmos". With most motherboards it only takes to connect 2 pins on motherboard for a few seconds, (after switching off your PSU).

Number 8 on this page 9 - https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/PRIME_H310M-K/E13857_PRIME_H310M-K_UM_web.pdf

Just power off the machine, turn off PSU power switch and connect those 2 pins for a few seconds. After that the BIOS settings should be nulled. And you can turn the machine on again.

Then maybe seek for help from someone who knows a bit more about PC-s.

No point going head first into hardware.

That is almost impossible to diagnose, what you did or did not do to make games perform worst. Thats why I'm reccommending asking someone who would get access to your rig, if there are problems  (either with bios settings or otherwise)...
