Question about Seagate HDD

Hi, I need help to verify this Seagate 2.5" hdd. Is this unit is a refurbish hdd? Bought it online in my country. It has 0 hours working time when connected. 

1. Green line on the sticker.

2. CSO date. Usually It is DOM(Date of manufacturing)?

3. The "R" logo. (circled in red)

No flags that it's a refurb to me, nor any signs that it isn't one. Possible that someone just ripped it out of a prebuilt laptop and stuck an SSD in there, since it is an OEM model and 2.5" drives are common for laptops. It's even rather costly for 2TB at 2.5" size

At least it was repaired in a factory by people that know what they are doing.

I also got a Seagate 2TB drive for my brothers music projects, I hope it's new, during 11.11.2019 sale on Aliexpress, so far so good.
