When I turn my computer on everythings running cep I just get a black screen on my monitor

Specs of the PC?

Also check that everything on the monitor is plugged in correctly and set to the right input.

Have you plugged the display cable into the integrated graphics or the GPU?

That's it I just get a black screen when I turn my PC on everything in the computer is running I tried resetting the bios cause it worked in the past

ok the screen turned on i dont know what the problem was but it seemed to have fixed itself so my computer is working again
