Looking to upgrade my GPU

So I'm looking to upgrade my first pc I built it currently has a 2600x,rx 570 8gb and 16gb ram 3200mhz and 700 watt evga 700br I'm not quite sure what gpu would be a good upgrade I'm looking to spend around $400 to $500 Canadian.Im also running a 1080p 144hz monitor

rx 5700, 2060 super, 2070. they perform similarly and are similarly priced (towards $500).

for $400,  i'd go for 2060 or rx5700
