Difference between KFA2 1660 (Super) versions?

I am currently looking for a GPU for a budget gaming system and I came across the KFA2 1660 and 1660 SUPER.

However I am somewhat confused by the fact that there is a "EX" version of each of those cards.

There is a 1660, a 1660 EX, a 1660 SUPER and a 1660 SUPER EX.

I was looking to buy the 1660 SUPER non-EX since I heard that the 1660 SUPER is very close in terms of performance to the 1660 TI but unfortunately it is out of stock at the reseller where I buy my parts.

Is there any substantial difference between the normal and EX versions or what's up with this product segmentation?

The EX versions are probably factory overclocked a bit more than the others.

As you can see(or can't see) the EX version has better cooling and 30MHz higher clocks.

While this is correct, the biggest difference is the cooler itself, the cooler on the EX is better than the one on the basic version.

The images showing the heatsink on the links posted by @Ralf show it pretty well.
