Strange Click and Noise on Corsair VS650 (PSU)

The first time I turn on the pc, there is a clicking sound in the video for 10-15 minutes. Video is mine. The warranty continues, so I can't open it. If I do RMA, I will sit without a computer for 1 month. Please write people who have experienced. Maybe it is easy to solve or I do not know if it is a serious problem.

You may want to replace it as a whole. Corsair VS models are rather crappy and only ever good for extremely cheap office PCs and nothing else.

it's not cheap in Turkey
