It has a total budget of 3600 MYR,Im thinking of using a Ryzen 5 3600 and im planning on doing very light overclocking

I can actually use ATX motherboards and actually have quiet alot more to spend.Should i choose msi b450 gaming plus max,tomahawk max or b450 aorus elite

msi gaming plus max or tomahawk max. they are both as good and much better than the aorus. pick between then based on ports/features/looks etc

if you can get the 1080ti for cheaper than a 2080 super. otherwise go for 2080 super

more or less yes,but u can go a little over the budget cause some prices are identical and the 1080 ti is on sale

depends on the price. the 1080ti is 5-10% faster, but doesn't have ray tracing.

actually i want it to be 250 gb ssd,since my friends specifies 250gb ssd and a 1tb hdd.

 

 

Will look into the psu ; AFAIK the x doesnt mean anything,am i wrong?

they are different models of different construction and design. both the txm and rmx are better than the rm units
