Fan not spinning as fast as it was

My Coolermaster Masterliquid 120 lite's fan is not spinning as fast as it is supposed to

Since when did this happen? Did you reset the BIOS in the meantime? Did you change the fan curve? Have you installed any programs that will control fans in the meantime? How do you know it is spinning slower now?

Please give some more context, so this question can actually be answered.

No,nothing has actually been changed,Neither the fan curve,I can say that it is spinning slower by the reduction in the fan noise temps above 80°
