13" $500 Multimedia Laptop

Recommended Posts

Posted · Original PosterOP

Hi..

I'm clueless in Laptop markets.

I need a good 13" laptop for mobile, basic work like accessing company portal, and good photo editing performance, so a light compact laptop with good display and good image processing is preferred in US$500 mark, I don't want to pay more than that.

Could anyone recommend me some?

Thanks..

13in tends to be a more premium size.

There doesn't appear to be anything decent for 13in with your budget.

14in starts to open up models.

Wat?! 13 inch is a premium size in today's laptop market instead of 17 inch?

14 inch might be a little too wide for my preference but if there are some thin compact lightweight good display and good image processing, bring them in, please..

I'm only willing to pay them $500 as I will use it mainly for what I already mentioned above.

yep kinda weird I never got why 15in were pushed so cheaply and hard.

storage wants? ram? willing to buy 1 config and upgrade post? ( can be amazing value if someone charges way to much for stuff like SSD or ram and you can change it)

I think Ram is important for image editing work, no? Please advice..

Large storage capacity is not too important for me as long as it can fast transfer many files, as I use it when I'm away from my main system at home which I will move my works from laptop to main PC later.

Display quality, good image processing, fast file transfer speed are my main preference, good battery is a plus.

okay so 240-500gb.

image processing isn’t hard.

I’ll let another member help you. I’m crashing for the night.
