ROG Strix b450-F Gaming not booting

I recently bought the rog strix b450 with ryzen 5 2600x and the motherboard is not booting and no led lights are show up, but the io shield led is on

Is this an issue you're getting on your first boot, or has the computer worked before?

That's odd... The only thing I can think of is a CPU issue, but second gen ryzen processors are definitely compatible with b450 motherboards. Maybe check that all of your power connectors are plugged into the motherboard properly if you haven't already? Otherwise I don't know. Try taking individual parts out and seeing if you can get it to boot.
