Gaming in offline games in 240fps

I’m currently using a gaming rig of i7 8700!!

But I want to play offline games in 240fps!

My Config given below 

i7 8700

gtx 1070ti

32gb 3200mhz ram ddr4

plz suggest me shall I update my cpu and gpu or how much FPS can I reach in this specs in offline games!
