Undervolting with throttlestop stable until switching to battery power.

I'd been fiddling with throttlestop to mitigate some of the heat issues that the i7-8750H provides using undervolting.

I was pretty happy after my stress tests that it was running fine with the new undervolting. However I pulled the power cable out to move my laptop quickly and it crashed immediately.

It makes sense I suppose, suddenly losing the 250w power supply coming in, stability would be affected. I've had to allow ease off a bit on the undervolting and its not crashing any more, its just a bit of a shame.

Does anyone know how best to proceed with throttlestop next?

I'm an IT System Admin with 15+ years worth of XP, plus I've been tinkering computers since I was old enough to hold a screwdriver, so I usually know what I'm talking about.
