Change the power supply to a 550w or 650w TXM unit and it's good

 

Buy that gpu used, you can get 580's for pretty cheap

Looks solid! Although I would recommend a better quality PSU, also 750W is overkill. And this is just personal preference, but a better airflow case would be beneficial.

650 was more expensive and I figured 750 might be necessary when I upgrade the GPU.  Still too much juice you think?

yes, overall power consumption just 300watt. Better card +100-150.
